choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us
with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be

unit number.

information about your transaction and its status. We may use your email
address to inform you about current offers or events. We will never sell

the facility that you selected for purposes of satisfying your payment or
reservation.

Session Cookies
The Down East Self Storage web site,

Refunds
All rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit/space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. Customers may rent on a monthly basis. The rental period starts on the day the lease is signed and is prorated to the first day of the next month. From there on out rent shall always be due on the 1st day of each month; if the unit is rented on or after the 16th the next full month shall be charged with no refund available for days not used. Rent can be prorated for move-outs only if notice is given 5 days before the start of the next month or billing period. In the event your account is overcharged due to an error, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy.
